Earl Calloway Jr.  was the first Vice President of the National Hand Dance Association in 1996.

A native Washingtonian, Earl graduated from Cardozo High and spent several years at The University of The District of Columbia.  Most of Earl Calloway’s career was in Sales and Service because he loves working with people.  He retired from the Veterans Administration where he enjoyed working with veteran. He has been hand dancing since he was seven years old and plans to pass on his dance skills to anyone who wants to “learn to dance”.
